Shawabty Egyptian Statue with White Crown by Summit Collection Museum Replicas
Shawabty were small funeral figures, often resembling the deceased, that would come to life to handle all the mundane jobs the deceased might need from gathering food to honoring the Gods.
This 8 1/4 inch high cold cast resin statue represents a shawabty for a Pharoah as shown by the crossed crook and flail over his chest – a position used only for Royals. He wears the White Crown of Upper Egypt and is covered in the hieroglyphics of the spell that was designed to animate him to be the servant of the deceased.
Approximate Size (Inches): 2.00 wide x 2.00 deep x 8.25 high
